The DPOY race for the NFL is between 3 players but there is one person who deserves this award the most. That player is Aaron Donald. His numbers speak alone, but he is fundamentally the best defender in the league and his work ethic is unmatched. It is hard to get to the top but it is much easier to stay at the top once your there because of the various trainers and personnel that is allowing him to stay at the top of the league both mentally and physically.
