Which 50 point performance was more impressive tonight?

Jamal Murray or Joel Embiid?

Jamal Murray had 50 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists while shooting 21/25 (84%) from the field and 8/10 (80%) on 3 pointers. He also was the first player to ever score 50 points without attempting a single free throw!

Joel Embiid had 50 points, 17 rebounds, and 5 assists while shooting 17/26 (65%) from the field and 1/2 (50%) on 3 pointers.

Based purely on scoring, Jamal Murray had a much better game. He only missed 4 shots!! Joel Embiid got 15 of his 50 points from the free throw line. But when asked which performance was better the clear answer is Joel Embiid. They both got 50 points, they both showcased they’re amazing scoring abilities; however the fact that Embiid grabbed 17 rebounds (6 were offensive) puts him slightly over the edge. Embiid also had 4 blocks (he was a dominate force on both sides of the ball tonight)

I am not trying to take anything away from Jamal Murray’s career night. Joel Embiid just had a better game all around.
